John McConnel and I met living in a downtown Mill Valley apartment building and soon realized that we both loved wine, whiskey, songwriting, singing, and playing guitar; a friendship was born, and a duo was formed. We both enjoy working out intricate guitar and vocal parts and spent hours rehearsing. We performed our original tunes at some wonderful venues including The Freight & Salvage in Berkeley, Throckmorton Theater in Mill Valley, and The Sofia B Street Theatre in Sacramento. We recorded this CD at Opus Studios in Berkeley, Studio 132 in Oakland, and my Larkspur home studio. Thanks to BZ Lewis for engineering and mixing.
